Product design × insights engineering

I turn messy product evidence into decisions you can test.

I’m Holger Indervoort. I work across data analysis, UX design, and customer insight in complex B2B software — then build the prototype when talking stops being useful.

Selected work / 06

Work that connects the interface to the evidence.

Anonymized examples from B2B SaaS and internal product practice. Specifics, screenshots, and metrics are deliberately marked for replacement.

How I work / 03

Start with the signal.
End with something testable.

01 / Observe

Evidence before opinions.

I combine qualitative context with quantitative patterns: customer conversations, behavioral data, support themes, and the constraints people usually discover too late.

02 / Frame

Opportunities before outputs.

I turn evidence into a decision frame. The point is not to generate more features. It is to identify the right problem, expose trade-offs, and give the team something precise to disagree about.

03 / Build

Working prototypes before theatre.

AI coding tools make it practical to move from a credible specification to a testable product slice quickly. A working interaction settles questions that twelve comments in a design file will not.

The process is rigorous. The ceremony is negotiable.

Tools / Actual use

Tools are part of the method, not a personality.

The stack changes. The workflow — investigate, structure, prototype, test — is the durable part.

Design

Figma

Flows, systems, prototypes, interface critique, and collaborative decision-making.

Analysis

Python

Data pipelines, clustering, classification, dashboard inputs, and the unglamorous work between export and insight.

AI workflow

Claude · ChatGPT · Codex

Research synthesis, code generation, critique, and rapid iteration — used inside the work, not sprinkled over it afterward.

Prototype

HTML · CSS · JavaScript

Working, inspectable prototypes that make abstract product conversations concrete.
